How do I apply for a registration application form?
To obtain a registration application form issued by HSE University, please submit an application to the Visa and Registration Centre by e-mail visa-registration@hse.ru. Your application will be processed within 3 working days. As soon as the registration application form is ready, you will be notified by e-mail.*
If you need a registration application form in a format other than a standard form, please attach a file with a template (as a rule, template forms can be found on information boards at the offices of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Multifunctional Public Services Centers, or provided by their staff). Please note that you are responsible for accuracy of data provided in your application.
*Important: Visa and registration support is only provided to students of full-time programs.
How do students fill in an application?
1. The registration application forms must be submitted through corporate e-mail - @hse.ru;
2. Fill in the fields highlighted in yellow;
3. Avoid using CAPSLOCK;
4. Send the filled file along with a scan of your certificate of attendance and a migration card to visa-registration@hse.ru
5. Choose, fill in and submit the template, as appropriate*;
6. Make sure to send along a copy of your migration card and a certificate of attentance proving your student status. Order the certificate here.
Visa Students:
- if you study under a quota of Russia’s Ministry of Education and Science;
- if you study on a fee-paying basis;
- if you are an exchange student or enrolled on a regular basis.
Visa-Free Students:
- if you study under a quota of Russia’s Ministry of Education and Science;
- if you study on a fee-paying basis;
- if you are an exchange student or enrolled on a regular basis.
* To be filled in only in Russian, please use assistance of a Russian speaking friend, if necessary
