Dear graduating students!

Please, pay attention that the package of RVPO (Temporary Residence Permit for Educational Purposes) documents will be issued before the date of notification of completion to the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

 Here’s how it works:

 1. After you complete your studies, the university issues an Order of Withdrawal from Studies due to the completion of your studies at HSE University.

 2. Within 3 business days from the date of the order, the university is obliged to notify the MIA about this.

 3. To ensure timely processing of your RVPO, please obtain the relevant document package in advance — before the university submits the notification.
