Restrictions on entering the Russian borders introduced for the prevention of COVID-19 spread will be lifted from July 15th, 2022
Upon the results of the meeting of Operational Headquarters for the prevention of COVID-19 in Russia, due to the lowering intensity of the pandemic the decision has been made to lift the remaining restrictions on entering Russia by road transport. Earlier on June 14th 2022 temporary restrictions on entering Russia by air and sea have been dropped.
Russian Government Regulations of March 2020 No. 635-R and 763-R imposed because of the coronavirus pandemic will officially lose effect, whereupon the corresponding official document has been published - see below in Russian:

With regards to COVID-19 PCR-test results the regulations are as follows:
