consulting departments on the scheme of invitation of foreign citizens from document review to informing of host departments including migration and visa issues;
creating tools and guidelines for migration and visa support for foreign citizens;
participating in draft document development linked to migration and visa support;
taking part in the organization of migration-related events.

- supporting students of HSE on visa and migration issues;
- processing incoming requests for registration extension and issuing corresponding documents;
- receiving and checking the documents, preparing a set of documents for migration registration of students staying in Amurskaya Level apartment house;
- informing foreign students on new Russian visa and migration rules and regulations;

- providing consultations on visa invitations for foreign citizens;
- providing assistance to HSE subdivisions with respect to all issues related to visa invitations for foreign citizens;
interacting with the state authorities with respect to visa invitation procedures;
- liaising with Russian consular institutions overseas in regard to all issues related to entry into the Russian Federation and visa invitation procedures and requirements;
- processing visa invitation applications of foreign citizens (e.g., students, academic staff and event participants);
- visa extension for foreign citizens , e.g HQS specialists , and family members

- providing consultations to HSE staff, international students and academic staff regarding visas and migration support for foreign citizens;
- preparing documents and applying to the Ministry for the extension of visas of students registered in Moscow region
- following the migration news of the Russian Federation and providing information updates to the center, the foreign staff and students of HSE
