From July 1st, 2024 state fee of MVD for the issuance of certain documents will be raised

From 1st of July, 2024 changes introduced by Federal Law 539-FZ of 27 November, 2023, which determine the amount of strate duty for the issuance of certain documents for foreign citizens by the MVD of Russia will come into effect:
- the amount of state duty for the invitation to Russia for a foreigner or a stateless person will be 960 rubles;
- the amount of state duty for the issuance or extension of multiple entry visa will be 1920 rubles;
- the amount of state duty for the issuance of exit cvisa will be 1200 rubles;
- the amount of state duty for the hiring of international specialists will be 12 000 rubles per each staff member;
- the amount of state duty for the work permit of a foreign citizen will be 4200 rubles.

In case you have already paid the old sum and waiting to apply your documents, you'll have to make another payment by the requisites which you can request at  visa-registration@hse.ru You will be then able to refund your previous payment following the instruction provided by our cernter.
