New online service for consultations and registation application forms

From October 14th, 2024 the Visa and registration center of HSE will provide consultations and issue registration application forms only through the online request service. To get the service, please fill in the online request form at the website of Student Service Center - section " Visa and registration service" REQUEST FORM
Please, be aware you will have to sign in using your HSE account details.
