Instructions for undergoing the procedures
When, where and in which order should you undergo the new procedures? International students must undergo these procedures within 90 days from the date of arrival in Russia.
All international students arriving in Russia must undergo medical examination, fingerprinting and photographing within 90 days from the date of arrival in Russia.
The first option is that students undergo the medical examination at the authorized medical institution City Polyclinic № 3 of the Moscow Health Department (Building 1, 22/26 Yermolaevsky Lane, Moscow). Fingerprinting and photographing can be done at local MVD migration office.
The procedures must be completed in the following order:
1. Medical examination;
2. Fingerprint registration and photographing.
It is only possible to undergo fingerprinting and photographing procedures after passing medical examination and obtaining the required documents.
Fingerprinting and photographing can be done at local MVD migration offices.
Also, you may get ten-printed in the Migration Center at Bakhrushina street 18. Make sure to display your HSE Student ID card to get a discounted price of 1100 rubles, without it the price will be 10.000 rubles (no discounts for prep year students are available in this center).
The alternative option is that students undergo medical examination, give their fingerprints and photo while visiting the Sakharovo Migration Centre - see instruction here (not available for underage students*).
ATTENTION! Mecial examination is repeated one time every year, and fingerprinting is done once only (regardless of how many times you enter the Russian Federation).
*Underage students should pass medical examination at one of state children's polyclinics of Moscow from the list. Fingerprinting of underage children can only be carried out in presence of their parents or another authorized person based on the notarized letter of authorization issued in Russia.
* If you are planning to apply for RVPO in the future, it is recommended to undergo all procedures at Sakharovo Migration Center.
