Staff Members

-Сoordinating and overseeing the Centre’s activities;
-managing the Centre’s daily operations;
-information resource management (e.g., website, information materials, etc.);
-administering migration-related events;
-creating tools and guidelines for migration and visa support for foreign citizens.

- organizing and managing operation of the Center;
- collaborating with other HSE departments in matters of visa and registration support of foreign students and staff;
- participating in devising documents and strategies to enhance and facilitate the operation of the center.

-liaising with the Russian state authorities: the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (submitting and receiving documentation), etc.;
-processing the following types of applications: visa invitations, visa/registration extensions for international students and academic staff;
-registration of HSE international academic staff who have humanitarian (scientific and technical relations) and working visas;
-providing administrative support for the Centre’s operations.

-providing consultations on visa invitations for foreign citizens;
-providing assistance to HSE subdivisions with respect to all issues related to visa invitations for foreign citizens;
-interacting with the state authorities with respect to visa invitation procedures;
-liaising with Russian consular institutions overseas in regard to all issues related to entry into the Russian Federation and visa invitation procedures and requirements;
-processing visa invitation applications of foreign citizens (e.g., students, academic staff and event participants).

-providing consultations to HSE staff, international students and academic staff regarding visas and migration support for foreign citizens;
-processing the following types of applications: registration, visa and registration extension;
-working with information resources (website, information materials, etc.);
-taking part in the development and organization of orientation sessions for foreign citizens (e.g., making relevant presentations) – the key focus of such events is to inform foreign citizens about Russian migration legislation and requirements, as well as established procedures for entering/leaving/staying in Russia.

-providing consultations to HSE staff, international students and academic staff regarding visas and migration support for foreign citizens;
-processing the following types of applications: registration, visa and registration extension;
- providing updates on legal migration policy of Russia and liasing with the legal department of the university.

- providing consultative support to foreign students and international specialists of HSE on visa and migration issues
- processing incoming requests for registration extension and issuing corresponding documents
- processing incoming requests and preparing a set of documents for visa extension
- providing updates to foreign students on new Russian visa and migration rules and regulations
- website administration and actualization
- timely entering the arriving students on the Federal lists through the portal of Gosuslugi

- supporting students of HSE on visa and migration issues;
- processing incoming requests for registration extension and issuing corresponding documents;
- receiving and checking the documents, preparing a set of documents for extension of student visas;
- informing foreign students on new Russian visa and migration rules and regulations;
- editing the corporate website.
